  1. Complete Initial Paperwork Combined with a Homesite Reservation You will work with a sales representative to prepare a Cost Estimate of the combined home type, homesite and personal features you want in your new home. You will fill out preliminary paperwork for your loan application, and a deposit will secure your homesite location. The deposit is considered "in good faith".
  2. Personalizing Your Home During your reservation time, plan to spend some quality time carefully selecting ALL of the custom features and color selections for your new home.

This deposit payment represents the BALANCE of your down payment. This is your fi nal deposit until your day of closing on your new home.
  6. Construction of Your New Home Begins! Once your deposit is complete, your mortgage is approved, and the homesite is ready for building we can move forward with the construction of your new home. We will arrange a Customer Involvement Meeting with your Project Manager and Sales and Marketing Representative. This is an opportunity to familiarize you with the construction process and discuss the events of the exciting time ahead.
