At Fox Ridge Homes, we strive to provide excellent service to our customers before, during and after the sale. Our sales, construction and support staffs are with you to make sure that the entire home buying process goes smoothly.
After move in, our extensive warranty program gives each new home a one-year materials and worksmanship, a two-year major systems and a ten-year structural warranty. In addition, our full-time warranty team will be there to provide warranty service for each new home for the first year.
We know that our customers are the most important part of our organization, and we believe that superior customer service is the key to making satisfied Fox Ridge home owners.
Fox Ridge Homeowners within their one year warranty, now have the ability to contact the Customer Service Department online by filling out the Customer Service Request Form.
Please remember for the two-year major systems warranty to contact the subcontractors for service. Their names and phone numbers are on the Buyers Acceptance Affidavit. For structural claims, follow the claim procedure outlined in your warranty booklet.
